How do I choose which data to sync between Lodago Events and my CRM?

Navigate to the ‘CRM & LODAGO SYNCHRONIZATION’ section on the global event setup page.

Here you will find a number of simple toggles allowing you to customize your synchronization preferences.

What's more, you have the freedom to customize your CRM synchronization for each event. Your choices for one event can differ from those of another, giving you tailored control over your data.
