Is it necessary to set a meeting goal for every event?

Please note that this question is only for admin users

No. Admin users can set meeting thresholds or a number of accepted meetings to qualify internal attendee attendance at a global event. The meeting goals are purely informational and not mandatory. 

For instance, if an admin user sets a meeting threshold at 5 but an internal attendee only has 4 accepted meetings, their meetings will not be canceled or reassigned.
